Language Reflections - Translation Rates

Please contact us so we can give you an estimate of translation costs. Rates vary, primarily due to the difficulty of the material. Examples include highly technical content, broader vocabulary, hard to read original, etc. Other charges may apply for rush jobs or projects requiring special formatting, photo editing or page layout. We will always give you a final quotation before work is begun. Translations are usually billed per word and the rate applies to the target language.

Agency Rates: Our rates to foreign language agencies are very competitive, especially consdering the level of expertise of our two translators. Contact us so we can help you keep your costs under control and maximize your profit.

Direct Client Rates: Are you a corporation, governmental agency, or individual? Are you currently using an agency for your translations? We can save you substantial money. Working directly with us will get you the same or better service and results for less cost. Concerned about quality? Editing and Proofreading: We usually charge an hourly rate for these services. A per word rate may be requested if ample opportunity to review the documents is provided in advance.

Specialized Services: Project management for large and multi-language jobs, web site translations, abstraction, summaries, tape transcript translations, or a recorded verbal translation services are also available.
